Return Policy:

We are so thankful for you shopping at Katie Reid! <3 But, we understand that there are some items that need to be returned. Katie Reid gives you 10 business days from when your order was delivered to send it back for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. (Allow 1-2 business days to receive your store credit once your item(s) are delivered to us.)

Customer is responsible for shipping cost for the item that is being returned.

We recommend UPS (1(800) 742-5877) or USPS (1(800) 275-8777)

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Tags attached, unworn, no stains, no makeup, no animal hair, no cigarette smell, altered, scratched, etc… If the item comes damaged, we will only refund 50% of the price for store credit.

We do Not offer exchanges! You will need to re order the item for a new size! <3

Items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Include the item and the packing slip that has your name and order number.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost for item that is being returned.

  • Allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed. Your store credit will be sent to you via email.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item is delivered damaged (this does not include stains on mailing package) email us @ infoshopkatiereid@gmail.com with pictures of the item.

We will NOT refund or accept ANY returns past 10 business days.
